2. Description of Services
h.work provides AI-augmented workforce services. Named AI Specialists are deployed into client communication channels, with oversight provided by a consortium of verified domain experts.
3. For Companies
To be completed with terms specific to company clients, including service level agreements, monthly contract terms, 30-day cancellation notice, liability limitations, and data handling.
4. For Experts
To be completed with terms specific to consortium experts, including compensation, intellectual property, confidentiality, and termination provisions.
5. Intellectual Property
To be completed with IP ownership terms for AI-generated work product, expert corrections, and training data.
6. Limitation of Liability
To be completed with appropriate liability limitations and disclaimers.
7. Governing Law
To be completed with governing law and dispute resolution provisions.
